Pricing?  

The price depends on the type of garment ordered as well as construction details. The price equals the Cost of Labor + Fabric Cost. Tax and Shipping  is an additional cost. Online pricing is listed, custom garment pricing is disucssed during consultations.

Sample Sale Items? 

Usually a garment in it's beginning stages of development available for sale at a discounted price before the final garment is made. Sample sale prices may vary.

 11 am - 6pm Monday - Wednesday

 11 am - 6pm  Friday 

 10am-4pm  Saturday

How do I make an appointment?

Can I request a size if I dont see it online? 

Yes you can request a size via email or the notify me button when an item is out of stock (online only).

What form of Payment do we take? 

We accept all major credit cards. Our check out system accepts PayPal, AfterPay, Sezzle, & Klarna. All our payment options are safe and secure.

How much is Shipping? 

There is free shipping on all orders over $100.00. Shipping is calculated upon check out. 

We ship with Fedex and USPS. We Ship Worldwide. International shipping prices vary upon country of origin.

How long will my garment take to ship? 

If you have a custom order please allow 7-15 business days for production and shipping time.

Boutique items are shipped within 3-7 business days. If you need a garment shipped sooner please place your order in enough time to receive it by your specific date. There is an additional fee for rush order shipments.  Any delays or problems with shipping will be up to USPS or Fedex once your item has left our facility. Due to COVID-19 some orders are subject to delays.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

 Boutique items, including clothing, Jewelry, Shoes and Accessories, are non refundable. Boutique items are available for one time exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in good condition with original tags and proof of purchase.

All Custom garments are final Sale. Please be sure of your purchase before you check out. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on garments that are custom made. Please be sure to enter the correct measurements when purchasing custom dresses online.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom garments that are  made to the clients measurements cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed and production has begun. Garments listed under the Gowns tab, or that are listed as Pre- Order cannot be canceled. 

Boutique items cannot be cancelled after purchased but are available for a one time exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in good condition with original tags and proof of purchase.

Can I receive a refund on my custom order? 

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. All deposits and installment payments toward a custom order are non- refundable. The production of your custom order will not commence until an initial deposit or payment is received. If you no longer want your custom order, your previous payments recieved for services rendered will not be refunded.
