Booking Disclaimer
Clients are expected to be confident in both their vision and financial commitment. If you are indecisive or unsure about completing payments, please refrain from booking. All bridal contractual agreements must be paid in full regardless of event cancellation, postponement, or non-attendance.
Registration
A $120 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee is applied toward the custom patterns and the mock gown.
Clients are encouraged to book 3–6 months prior to their event.
Appointments are invitation only after registration, you will be sent a link to book your consultation.
A maximum of 2 guest allowed to your consultation appointment. Email 1-2 inspiration photos only to orders@jasminerene.com
include desired color and your full name in the subject line. We do not duplicate designs,
all gowns are original interpretations inspired by your inspirations.
Your gown will be a custom variation to ensure originality and exclusivity. Out of state clients must still register.
We offer virtual consultations via Zoom or Google meet.
Contracts via DocuSign and out of state client form will be provided after registration.
The quality, artistry and time involved to create a custom gown makes them an investment.

Final cost may vary depending on complexity, fabric selection and design detail.`
Pricing includes: custom design, fittings & production from start to finish, shipping and handling,
all fabrics purchases, trims, and/or appliqués. Specialty designs with heavy rhinestones, beading, corsets,
3D petals/crystals, ruffles, feathers, hand sewn elements and custom ordered fabrics start at $3,200 + tax

Bridesmaids Dresses: $450+
Flower Girl Dresses: $250+
Custom veils: $100+, based on length and design detail

Sashes, embellishments & hair accessories: priced by design
Payments & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
For example; for a $3,200 gown, $1,600 is due within15-30 days after your initial consultation.
The remaining balance is due by the dates set on your invoice.
Deposits must be paid in full before any fittings are scheduled,
Monthly installment payments are due each consecutive month until it's paid in full.
Payment plans are accepted up until one month before your event.
Final pricing is based on booking date, event date, design complexity,
fabric selection, size, and client location. Rush orders incur an additional $250 fee.
Deposit Window
If no deposit is paid within 15-30 days of your consultation, your invoice will be canceled and your spot released.
Registration reserves your place deposit locks it in. Production does not begin until a full deposit is paid
Missed payments will place your order on hold. If your balance is not paid in full at the time of pickup you will
not be permitted to take your gown. Payments must be made via your invoice, over the phone or in person.
Consultations
Consultations last 45–60 minutes, only 2 guests are permitted to your appointment.
This is your designated time to discuss your design preferences with Jasmine Rene.
Where your vision is brought to life through collaboration, planning, and design expertise.
We review your inspiration images and sketch your vision in front of you.
We show you fabric and color options, embellishments, and silhouettes best suited for your body type.
You will sign a bridal contract during your appointment and your measurements will be taken,
please wear form fitting clothing.
A 50% down payment is due within 15 -30 days after your consultation.
Please ask questions and be open, detailed and honest during your appointment,
this helps us create a garment that is a reflection of you.
Production Timeframe
Estimated completion: 3 - 6 months
Timeline depends on, registration date, the number of active clients and payment consistency.
Your gown will be ready between 15 to 30 days before your scheduled wedding date.
All prices include custom design, production, materials, and fittings. No refunds or exchanges.

If you cancel: All prior payments are forfeited
Abandoned orders or materials after 20 days may be resold at our discretion.
